Questions, answered
Which platforms does OG Social support?
YouTube (including Shorts), Facebook Pages (including Reels), Instagram professional accounts (posts and Reels) and TikTok.
Do you get access to my social media passwords?
No. You connect each account through the platform's official sign-in (OAuth). We only receive an access token with the permissions you approve, and never your password.
Can I post to accounts I don't own?
No. You can only connect accounts you own or manage, and OG Social only publishes the content you create and schedule.
How do I disconnect an account or delete my data?
Remove the channel inside OG Social, or revoke access from the platform's settings. To delete everything, follow our data deletion instructions or email contact@og-software.com.
