You can remove your data from OG Social at https://postiz.og-software.com at any time.
Option 1: Disconnect a social account
- Log in at postiz.og-software.com.
- Open the channel you want to remove and choose Delete or Disconnect.
- The stored access tokens and profile details for that channel are deleted.
Option 2: Delete everything
Email contact@og-software.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my data". We will delete your account, connected-channel tokens, posts and uploaded media within 30 days and confirm by email. Some information may be kept only where the law requires it.
Revoke access on the platform
- Google / YouTube: security.google.com/settings/security/permissions
- Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations → remove the app. Facebook then sends us a deletion request, which we process automatically or manually within 30 days.
- Instagram: Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites → remove the app.
- TikTok: Settings and privacy → Security and permissions → Apps and websites → remove the app.
