These Terms govern your use of OG Social, the social media scheduling service at https://postiz.og-software.com (the "Service"), operated by OG Software, a trading name of Original Goods LTD ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
The Service lets you connect your social media accounts and schedule, publish and analyse content on them. We publish only the content you create or approve, at the times you choose.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract.
3. Connected platforms
When you connect a channel you authorise us to act on your behalf on that platform within the permissions you grant. You remain bound by that platform's terms, including the YouTube Terms of Service, Meta's Terms and Platform Terms, and TikTok's Terms of Service. Platforms may change or restrict their APIs, and we are not responsible for such changes. You can revoke our access at any time from the platform's settings or by disconnecting the channel.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of your content. You grant us a limited licence to store, process and transmit it solely to operate the Service for you. You confirm that you have the rights to publish it and that it does not violate law or any platform's rules.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to: post unlawful, hateful, deceptive or infringing content; send spam or run inauthentic or automated engagement schemes; violate any platform's policies; attempt to access other users' data; or disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service.
6. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required by law or a platform.
7. Availability and disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every scheduled post will be published, for example when a platform is unavailable or revokes access.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or reputation arising from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 100 if you paid nothing.

10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
